Shoulder boards for officers (late-war subdued pattern)

Description

Shoulder boards for Officers of German Imperial Army made of subdued cotton soutache with white and black Prussian colors on woolen backing, stiffened with period-correct cardboard. Properly made (unlike many other copies) by hand-stitching (compared to glued ones).

backing:
Vast majority of Infantry Regiments wore white backing after 1915
Double-colored backing were used for example by Pioniere or Feldartillerie
