1. Do you make World War II uniforms?
We currently focus mainly on Imperial German and First World War uniforms. We no longer offer a regular range of World War II reproductions.2. How long does it take to complete an order?
All our uniforms are made to order. Production time depends on the product, current workload and whether you choose a standard or custom size. Please check the current lead time before ordering or contact us if you need the item for a specific event or date.
Our automatic production queue currently shows approximately 13–16 weeks. This counter includes all products from orders currently marked as Processing. For technical reasons, it cannot recognise individual items that have already been completed while the rest of the order is still in progress, so the automatic figure is usually higher than the actual waiting time.
In practice, our current estimated lead time is approximately 9–12 weeks. Please note that this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date, and the actual production time may vary depending on the complexity of your order.
3. How do you develop your patterns?
Whenever possible, our patterns are developed from original garments, original patterns and period tailoring sources. Where surviving originals are unavailable, we work from historical photographs, measurements, documentation and comparable period garments.4. Can you make an item in a custom size?
Yes. Most items can be made to your individual measurements. Custom sizing is subject to an additional 30% charge.5. Can you make a custom uniform or an item that is not currently listed in the shop?
Possibly. We accept selected custom projects depending on available historical sources, workload and the complexity of the item. Please contact us before placing an order.6. How should I choose my size?
Please use our Measurement Guide and compare your measurements with the size chart provided for the product. If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us before ordering.7. Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes. PayPal is available as a payment method during checkout. Any applicable payment fee will be shown before you place the order.8. Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Bank transfer details are provided during checkout and in the order confirmation.9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally where shipping is currently available. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown during checkout.10. Can I return a made-to-order uniform?
As each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not available. We therefore recommend checking the size chart and Measurement Guide carefully before ordering. Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. VAT treatment depends on the customer, destination and applicable tax regulations. Business customers should provide their company and VAT details during checkout.12. How historically accurate are your reproductions?
Historical accuracy is central to our work. We research the cut, construction, materials, hardware and period tailoring techniques of each item, using original garments and historical sources whenever possible.13. Are your uniforms mass-produced?
No. Each uniform is made to order in our own workshop in Poland.14. Do you offer discounts for reenactment groups or larger orders?
If you are ordering for a reenactment group or planning a larger order, please contact us before placing it. We can discuss the project individually.
